Climate change is not more a simple ecological threat. It is already ongoing. According to the IPCC (intergovernmental panel on climate change), the average temperatures on earth and oceans will increase between 1, 8 and 4, 0 till the end of the 21st century. The overthrow which is created in the world's climate system is caused to 80% by human activities which are responsible for the increase of green house gas concentration, notably carbon dioxide in the atmosphere.
It is urgent at all levels to find means of mitigation and adaptation to climate change which is a threat for the entire humanity. The increase of global temperatures

should not exceed 2oc. Climate change will provoke serious economic and social perturbations as well as politics worldwide. Developing countries will be more affected unless they contribute less to the emissions of green house gases in the atmosphere. Almost 60% of these gases are due to industrialized countries.
